We accept returns or exchanges on items that are not custom or special order. Returns or exchanges must be requested in writing within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. We do not pay return postage. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are custom ordered or special ordered.

All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of order. All custom orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. We ship UPS ground. For overnight

Unless
specified otherwise, shipping is by Priority Mail via the United
States Post Office. Shipping charges are the actual shipping
charges, calculated by weight and location.
